Ownership of website

It is prohibited, without the permission of A2Z Trade House Limited, to use (including copying and storing part or whole) the contents and images on this website, other than for personal use. Anyone found to be using images or content other than for non-commercial use will be prosecuted accordingly.

Trade description

Although it is always with the best intent to keep the information and product descriptions on the website up to date and accurate it may not always be the case. Shopping Mart reserves the right to hold any description or price as the information is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time the information was entered upon the website.

Orders

If you have supplied Shopping Mart with your email address an email will be sent confirming order acceptance. If you do not receive order confirmation it may be a result of the product being out of stock or the credit card/ debit card authorisation not being obtained. Shopping Mart reserves the right to not be responsible if the product is lost as part of 3rd party possession. If the problem persists please contact us.

Cancelling a contract

If for any reason you decide to terminate the contract between yourself and Shopping Mart before the product has been dispatched, you must inform us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the product has not already been dispatched when you contact us. If the product has already been dispatched please refer to refunds and returns. Shopping Mart complies with the Irish Law (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013)

Payment

All orders are subject to a credit/debit card check. If for any reason the credit or debit card is refused by the card issuer then Shopping Mart reserves the right to withhold the stock from being dispatched.

Refusal of transaction

Refusal of a transaction is made at Shopping Mart’s discretion.

Viruses and Passwords

Although great measures have been taken if a virus does occur on the site Shopping Mart will not be held responsible. To maintain the virus level to a low, please ensure your user name and password is kept confidential.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We will Endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if the product you require is temporarily unavailable.

Delays

Unfortunately we can not always be responsible for external delays such as shipping etc. If a delay does incur we will do our utmost to keep you informed of the situation as it arises. Shopping Mart will not be responsible if the product is lost as part of 3rd party possession. These Terms and conditions apply only to the Ireland and the Irish public. If you are not from within the Ireland please refer to the applicable local laws.

Offensive weapons

Shopping Mart complies with the section 9 (1)

 

FIREARMS AND OFFENSIVE WEAPONS ACT, 1990

which makes it illegal to sell the following items to children under 16 years old:

  • Any knife, knife blade or razor blade.
  • Any axe.
  • Any article which has a blade or which is sharply pointed, and which is made or adapted for causing injury to the person.

Electrical equipment

All electrical equipment designed for use between 50 and 1000 volts AC or 75 and 1500 volts DC complies with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations Regulations 2016 [S.I. 345 of 2016].
